After the Compano 100 has just seen the light of the world, today's new addition is nothing less than a new member of the CMC family. Ladys and Gentleman, get ready for the:

The facts:
According to the manufacturer, the CMC 430 is not only the lightest (19.2 lbs!), but also the most accurate three-phase protection test set in the world.
The CMC 430 has 6 galvanically isolated analogue and binary inputs as well as 6 voltage or 3 current outputs. Like all devices of the CMC family, the CMC 430 is operated with the Testuniverse software. Quick tests can be carried out conveniently with tablet or smartphone via the CMControl app.
On the hardware side, a DC input and an AUX-DC output for auxiliary voltage as well as various communication and accessory ports are available. Since all connections are brought to the front side, the device can handle all needed positions.
The CMC 430 is designed primarily to perform test tasks in the area of analog-static and digital IED'S as well as IEC61850 IEDs. The 6 voltage outputs also enable convenient testing of parallel switching devices.
In addition, the calibration of meters and transducers, as well as real-time measurements and records, can be used to analyze analog, binary or IEC61850 signals. For this purpose, there is the new test module "Enerlyzer Live".
A great new feature: In addition to the classic cable-connection via Ethernet or USB, wireless communication via WI-FI USB adapter is now possible.
The CMC 430 comes with an extensive list of accessories. At first glance, the trolley with backpack function and the transport case which can be moved into a table are particularly practical (see illustration).
